Peter Muñoz, J.D.

Peter Muñoz received three degrees from Cal: a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History and a minor in Classics - 1968; a Master’s Degree in Ancient History -1970; and a J.D. from Boalt Hall (now Berkeley Law) - 1975. His wife, Jane Leroe, who is also a member of the Class of ’68, has a J.D. from Boalt Hall. Their three children each graduated from Cal: Peter Leroe-Muñoz - 2002, Mary Leroe-Muñoz - 2003 and Thomas Leroe-Muñoz - 2003. Peter Muñoz is currently a partner in the San Francisco office of the law firm Reed Smith LLP. His expertise is in the area of commercial and real estate lending, loan restructuring, foreclosure, and bankruptcy.
